Deep-Tech Startup RoshAI Raised ₹22 Cr from IAN
RoshAI, a Kochi-based deep-tech startup, has raised ₹22 crore in a funding round led by IAN Alpha Fund. The company plans to use the funds to improve its products, expand deployments, and grow its presence in global industrial markets.
Aman Gupta Invested in D2C Startup Fulva
Fulva, a Kerala-based confectionery brand, has raised fresh funding from Aman Gupta through SailThru Ventures, along with participation from other investors and industry leaders. The investment marks a key step in the brand’s growth within India’s D2C food sector.
Startups Raise Investments at Manorama Elevate Season 2
Manorama Online Elevate – Season 2 witnessed strong investor interest as multiple startups secured significant funding commitments during the program. Zappy Hire emerged as the highest-funded startup, raising ₹1 crore from Anne Sajeev, Alex K Babu, and Dr. Tom M Joseph.
Other funded startups included Tuttifrutti with ₹50 lakh, backed by Navas Meeran and Anne Sajeev; Naturup with ₹50 lakh from Alex K Babu and Anne Sajeev; Eight Times Eight with ₹50 lakh from Alex K Babu, Dr. Tom M Joseph, and Rahul Abraham Mamman; and Evide, which secured ₹30 lakh from Rahul Abraham Mamman, Navas Meeran, and Dr. Tom M Joseph.
In addition to investments, Anne Sajeev and Alex K Babu also extended advertisement support, further boosting visibility for participating startups.
Bloq Chosen for National Quantum Mission Funding to Boost Enterprise Adoption
Bloq, a quantum technology startup, has been selected for funding under the Government of India’s National Quantum Mission. It is one of nine startups chosen and the only one under the IISc-based FQCI hub, with plans to develop advanced quantum software and support enterprise adoption.
Emversity acquired Kerala based Edtech Lanstitut for $4.25 Million.
Emversity, a skilling and recruitment platform, has acquired Kerala-based healthcare startup Lanstitut Technologies for about $4.25 million through cash and stock. This is Emversity’s first acquisition and will help the company meet rising global demand for trained Indian healthcare professionals.
Genrobotics Wins Singapore Contract, Beats 600 Competitors
Genrobotics, an Indian robotics company, has secured a contract from PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency, after competing with over 600 global companies. The project will involve deploying robotic systems for sewer inspection and water infrastructure management in Singapore.
