Semicon Startup Netrasemi Raised 107 Cr
Thiruvananthapuram-based semiconductor startup Netrasemi has raised Rs 107 crore in the Series A round from Zoho Corporations Ltd & Unicorn India Ventures. This is perhaps India’s largest fundraise by a semiconductor startup. In the earlier rounds, the company had raised a total of Rs 125 crore.
Mobility Startup Navalt Bags PE Investment
Kochi-based Navalt Solar & Electric Boats has secured investment from leading mid-market Private Equity firm BanyanTree. The investment will support Navalt’s expansion in manufacturing, R&D, and global exports, strengthening its leadership in sustainable marine mobility.
Zeus Hygia Raises Rs 22 Crore
Kerala-based entrepreneur Arunkanth Krishnakumar, who led Zeus Hygia, has raised Rs. 22 crore ($2.5 million) in Series A funding from NABVENTURES Fund, the venture capital arm of NABARD.
Energy Startup Zerowatt to Invest Rs 115 Crore in the UK
Zerowatt Energy, a Kerala-based AI-powered energy intelligence platform, is investing Rs.115 crore to establish its global headquarters in Leicester, UK.
Bharath Pitchathon 4.0 - Kochi Edition
The Kochi edition of the Bharath Pitchathon, curated by Kerala Startup Mission in partnership with Headstart, brought together 12 preselected startups to pitch their innovative ideas before a panel of investors from Indian Angel Network, Malabar Angels, and AWE Funds.
The Calicut edition is scheduled on 23rd August 2025.
