Kerala-based D2C fashion brand MyDesignation.com has raised Rs 40 crore in a Series A funding round led by RPSG Capital Ventures. Existing investors Veltis Capital, Multiply Ventures, and Dominor Investments also participated in the round.
Deeptech Marine Robotics Startup EyeROV Raises Pre-Series A
Marine robotics startup EyeROV has raised Rs 13 crore in a pre-Series A funding round co-invested by AWE Funds and Unicorn India Ventures. Funds raised will be used to accelerate R & D, drive new product innovation and support market expansion across India and global markets.
Vashishtha Research Raises Rs 5 Cr Investment from Supreme Industries
Vashishtha Research Private Limited has secured a strategic investment of Rs 5 Crore from The Supreme Industries Ltd. The funding will support the development and commercialization of advanced composite storage solutions, especially high-pressure gas storage systems for alternative fuels such as CNG and hydrogen.

Kerala-based Inntot Technologies acquired byUS-headquartered Visteon. Inntot is a Deep Tech Company with SDR IP Solutions for Digital Radio Mondiale. Financial details were not disclosed. Post acquisition, Inntot will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary, with founders and team continuing in their roles.
